Managing a complex commercial portfolio means juggling configuration, accuracy, and visibility across leasing, accounting, and finance, often in a single day. The Yardi Corom Spring 2026 Update is our most comprehensive release yet, focused on giving teams sharper visibility, more configuration control, and a modernized experience across the entire platform.

With enhancements spanning AI-powered support, portfolio dashboards, lease management, lessee accounting, and AP, this release equips your team to work faster, configure smarter, and produce more accurate results across every stage of the lease lifecycle.

Virtuoso Assistant

Get answers without breaking workflow. Virtuoso Assistant is our new dynamic, integrated help center, delivering comprehensive answers with article links right where you’re working in Corom.

Even better, Virtuoso Assistant connects across the rest of your Yardi suite. If you have Yardi Facility Manager integrated with Yardi Corom, you can ask work order questions without ever leaving the platform. Less time hunting for answers, more time running the business.

Portfolio Dashboard and Map

A clearer view of your portfolio at a glance. The redesigned Portfolio Dashboard Map now features color-coded pins, advanced filtering by lease type and market, satellite view, and improved navigation tools including zoom, pan, and search.

Click a lease hyperlink to zoom directly to a property’s location and view its details. Click the popup to see lease specifics without leaving the map. The result is a faster, more intuitive way to explore your portfolio and surface insights that used to take multiple clicks to find.

Charge Schedule Management

Less navigating, more managing. The enhanced Charge Schedule screen introduces new sorting and filtering capabilities for date, charge code, and other attributes, making even the most layered schedules easier to work with.

Users can now automatically generate rent increases based on defined percentages and timing, eliminating the manual setup of step schedules. New units can also be added directly from the Charge Schedule screen, streamlining setup for unit-based charges and keeping users in flow.

Option Management

Lease options that flex with reality. We’ve added Auto, Normal, and Rolling renewal options for renewal amendments, the ability to reactivate expired options by updating the Valid Till Date, and a new Additional Notes field on the Options screen for improved visibility and reporting.

To support downstream accounting, GL segment configuration is now available at the Option Charge Schedule level, ensuring more accurate financial reporting when options are included in calculations.

Lessee Accounting Review

Traceability you can trust. The Review process gets a significant upgrade with a new Journal Entry(s) Exists indicator that helps prevent costly deletion errors, a multi-select Classification Type filter that makes data analysis quicker, and Created By and Modified fields that give auditors and reviewers a complete trail of who did what and when.

For organizations managing multi-currency portfolios, the Disclosure Report now includes report-level currency conversion. Generate results in a selected Report Currency using a specified Rate Provider and Reporting Date with new filtering options that bring clarity to global reporting.

Automated Cost Allocation

Smart allocations, automatically. Unit values now auto-populate based on lease selections, and new Include Account Tree logic gives you more control over allocation behavior. Date Requested and Requester fields add visibility into who initiated each allocation, and GL segment updates now flow automatically to the charge schedule, keeping financial data consistent without extra steps.

Payables Enhancements

More precision, more flexibility. You can now review payables at the Property List level, opening the door to broader financial analysis across portfolios. A new variance display option tracks differences between charge schedules and generated payables during recurring payable processing, so any subsequent updates to a charge schedule are clearly identified and quantified the next time a payable is generated.

Prepay processing has also been enhanced to handle real-world scenarios. The system now supports processing without a debit expense account, allowing transactions to proceed without generating a journal entry while still updating the payable post month correctly. When a debit account is present, standard journal entry behavior is maintained, ensuring consistent and accurate financial handling.
