Manage time-limited access with easy to use visitor management software. Create visitor appointments using the calendar app or website portal. Multiple appointments can be made via import from an Excel template or through our API for third-party systems.
Provide fast, contactless check-in
Check in visitors by site receptionist through the Bluepoint portal or via kiosk with QR code, PIN or name. For mobile reception, check-in can be completed on a tablet. For speed lane entry, visitors can scan the QR code on a phone or printed pass. You’ll get an email when a visitor has arrived.
Know your visitors & enhance security
Simplify booking for meetings, events, a temporary staff member or contractor, with optional access permissions for every type of visitor. Using your calendar, you can invite a visitor by simply adding the Bluepoint email, whether that’s on your mobile device, Outlook or Gmail — all calendar applications can be used.
